I didn't meant make the effort with me, because she would for a day or two, then it would fall back into the same pattern.

I meant with the other bloke. She's gone back & been with him for two months now. I haven't heard a peep. So, I assume things are going well for her. Could she change & understand her flaws to make it work?

There is always the possibility that she could change but from what Ive read they have to hit rock bottom first.

The chances of her waking up one morning and saying "you know what. I think theres something wrong with me and I need to change" are slim.
