Besides emotional healing, I have been working on my energy healing for past 1 year.  It has been super helpful in understanding about my own energies and emotions. I read about Emotional Cord Cutting a while ago but finally tried it yesterday. Though I went to bed with heavy heart last night but I woke up feeling very light, especially in my head. For past 1 year, I have a constant nagging pain in back of my neck which just wouldn't go. But it was gone this morning and hasn't bothered me yet.

That's a good sign topknot. It means your energy is finally flowing through your body. Claiming ourselves, ain't we !

When I tried this the first time, I felt pain in several parts of body and almost choked. After cutting the cord, I felt peace in my body and mind like never before. I plan to do this for 7 days continuously. Feel free to repeat it for few days. Hope it helps!
