A weird, unease feeling when they're around ( Even when you don't know it ).

When my ex was around my house, family, or myself. I always feel/felt weird and very alert.

As if it was a paranormal bond. They have their own gravitational force somehow.

I do not believe in something paranormal. Im very skeptic. But i can't describe the feeling.

Even if they are a couple miles away. I can " sense " them. As if our brains got wired in to eachother somehow.

If i say to my friends, she's here! they'll always believe me. Since we always spotted her after.

It's very weird and scary at the same time.

I kind of know what you mean. For me though I kind of sense if she is about to message me. I start to feel uneasy and then within a few hours I will get a chat message on FB.

Precisely. I mostly get the unease feeling when i'm about to get messaged or visited...

Haha i know what you mean. I once had the feeling i would see her, and as i walk through my street, she cycles down my street(she has nothing to do in my area)... .I also had this with whatsapp once. Was thinking of messaging her after a month of nc, then 5 mins later she messages me. It's probably coincidence

Don't know what it is but Im working 3500 miles away from her and Im freaking my work colleagues out with my predictions.

Maybe ive become finely attuned to her dysregulation so the little things on face book warn me. Not sure what it is though but my spider sense hasn't been wrong yet.
