... .Was today, and I so survived it! No birthday card. No shout out on her Facebook. Nothing. I'm proud of myself. Just wanted to share that healing really is possible. Have a great evening.

This was very encouraging to read!
My ex's bday just so happens to fall on Thanksgiving Day this year... .I'm trying to brace myself (although I will be sending a card)... .

My exBPDgf dropped me on my head a week before my birthday this year. I recieved a card with some well wishes and a small present, then later that day a tex hi hope you have a great birthday i think you should go out with your friends and have fun. Yea great thanks for your blessing
