Difficulty disengaging with ex

Hi all - am new to this site. Have been seperated from very difficult ex for 10 months, co-parenting and working through finances. Have reduced contact to F2F only, as our child is young. Have disengaged via email, text and phone - find it difficult to do so F2F... .the lies from ex are astounding - I find it hard not to reply when the lies come out... .and at times, get angry as a result.

Welcome advice on how to disengaged when F2F. And also, in healthy tips on moving on and trying to forget this situation and refocusing on myself and child and how to ensure bub isn't affected by the ongoing madness as she grows up.

Let her lie and accept the truth, actions are proof, just do what is right for your child and try to keep interactions limited to your Childs concerns, try not to prove her lies are wrong or justify and defend anything,  just focus on your child's well-being. Your actions will prove there you are a good Parent and you are not playing the game any more,  your ex may not respect you for it but your child will,  benefits are long term,  today don't matter as mush as the rest of your child's life,
