Thought I'd provide an update. She's been out of the house since October. Life has pretty much returned to normal and I do not plan to ever talk to her again as long as I live.

It was painful as we bought the house together and she lived there with me and my kids.  I have a somewhat high profile job and she made several threats through the break-up.

She threatened to move back in with me, ruin me financially, run me over with her car, sue me for visitation with my kids, wear a sign and protest in front of my work saying I mistreated her, she's told people I am gay, that I am crazy, that I used her and she's even spoken to my ex-wife.

She came to house while I was at work and had movers clean the house out of all belongings except my kid's stuff and my clothes.  Haha, that was a big surprise.

So how did I get rid of her... .MONEY.  She was a money grubbing gold digger.  So when I paid her for her half of the house I gave her too much money so she would stop with the emotional threats, etc.  I hated doing it but my sanity and the safety of my kids comes first.  I paid her about $20,000 too much and it was worth it.  It's just money and I can make some more of it.

Now life is wonderful and I have moved on.  I had been trying to get her to move out since March 2014.  It took me 7 months to get her out of the house.  She didn't really pour on the crazy until the last month or so when she truly realized the push/pull would no longer work.

I say a prayer many times a week thanking the universe for hitting me with a 2X4 so I'd wake up and kick her out.

Good luck to all.  It get's so much better when they are gone.  BTW - what worked best for me was a letter.  Yup you hear right, a letter.  I pretended I was 5 years into the future and wrote myself a letter which said how good life was without her.  Also explained that the break-up would be painful, suck, be full of drama and it was still worth going through.

Haha, it worked for me.  Best to all of you and good luck.
