shoplifting

I accidentally found paper work in my 24 yo d's room where she has been caught stealing. I've suspected for years she was shoplifting and knew it was just a matter of time before she got caught. Should I bring it up or ignore it?

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

My immediate gut is to ignore it.  She is a 24 year old adult and you were in her room.
