Picked up my son just now, mom's got to show me her sunburn and listen to her talk about how fat she's getting and she even had to show me her new bruises on her legs... .
Oh how boring... .
She loves her attention

Since you two share a kid, this behavior could go on for years.
Keep it simple, only about your son, changing your own patterns.
Is it a form of extra attention to post about her minutia?

I just need clarity, I have been manipulated for years and the one fear I have is myself and how I allowed her to have so much control. I need validation that what she's doing is real, she can be nice, calm and rational then I've seen her psychotic and I never know what she's up too. I don't wish to face her alone because that was disaster. And no one understands her or me except people here who have first hand experience.
I used to think she's changed, I focus on the good, deny the truth and this kept me going back to her, I cannot afford to make any more mistakes that dire.
