Mental and emotional trauma and stress can manifest as physical symptoms, because our body knows what's what, and it has to come out somewhere. Have you seen your doctor NT?

Vigorous exercise can help sweat it out, if you feel up for it, or maybe do it anyway, and if you wear yourself out physically that can lower you defenses so you can have a good cry, which is very freeing; crying is what pain leaving feels like. Take care of you!

Yeh I've been working on my backyard after work. I think it's mornings I get tired. I notice after lunch I feel better after I eat. Maybe I'll drink some juice in the morning to pick me up.

NewTring,
I hope you can get your energy back and feel better soon.
Please do go into the Dr. though with those symptoms you will want to get checked out. If you happen to have numbness in your left arm or other worsening with the heartburn please go in right away. I am sure the headaches are probably stress related, but could be BP as well. Try to drink lots of water and stay away from MSG.
Enjoy working on your backyard. Is there any other goals or things you are doing right now that might bring you a little joy?

hi all
i have cptsd, hypervigilance for 40 years
this has lead to an enlarged heart and narrowed veins arteries
40 yeas of adrenaline surging through my system has lead to this
md's are confused low cholesterol, low pulse 60 BPM and a untreated BP of 200/150
this is what 40 years of stress does!
