At what point is it stalking? It;s been a month since ex and I had our last court hearing. Still no order from the court about anything. Ex hasn't contacted me at all. He still comes into my work every day I am there for coffee. Doesn't say a word, just throws his change on the counter. A couple of weeks ago I was walking with all 3 of my kiddos to bring my oldest two to their dad's. We stopped at my work for cocoa and as we were coming out of the door we ran right into ex's dad coming in. I didn't want to cause a scene with kiddos around so we did the polite thing and chatted for a few minutes. He asked me if ex had seen our daughter lately. I said no. Ex is supposedly living with his dad so I was confused why he would ask that? Wouldn't his dad know if ex was living with him and getting along so great like ex claimed in court? So after we left the store about 200 feet down the road ex was sitting in his truck. Just on the side of the road sitting there. We had to walk passed him. A few minutes later when we got to where we were going ex went by us. After I dropped older kiddos off and was walking home with daughter he passed us again. I realized that I see ex driving around alot. I do exchanges with older kids 3 times a week and ex always seems to be going by when I drop them off. My two jobs are both 2,400 steps away from my house(I did the step counter). He will go by my jobs multiple times a day. I can't tell if he is just driving around aimlessly like he has done before, particularly when he is homeless, or if he is following me. Passing me 3 or 4 times during a few thousand feet walk is a little weird. It has gotten to the point where my older kids are pointing out when he goes by.

Document it, times  and dates. It may be nothing but if something happens ? it may come in handy.

One day last week he had come in for coffee. Shortly after I went to go on break and headed outside. He was just sitting in the parking lot next to the building so I went back in.
