I had a dream about her last night.

This makes it hard for me the next day when reality crashes back onto me.

I was over at her house for some reason, and we had made a big mess.  The whole time she had avoided me.  I think it must have been some party.  I'm not even sure why I was invited, but anyway... .

People had started leaving and her dad came home. She was "unaware" that her dad was going to be home so she reached for me and was like we need to hide so she brought me into the bathroom to hide in the tub? She wrapped her arms protectively around me, hiding me.

I was smiling, but then it hit me. I realized she had done this all on purpose to reel me in again. I confronted her and got really mad. I told her I was going to leave.

She was really upset that I was going to leave and started crying because I had been drinking and she wanted me to spend the night, and she was worried what would happen if I left.

So I stayed.

Today I wake up missing her.

I hate those dreams so much. I had them really bad for a while. Then wake up and can't get back to sleep and it does ruin the next day.

Very sorry you had one.
For me I try to think about projects or movies as I lay down to go to sleep. Things as far away from her as possible. Either that has helped or just time has helped.

They do seem to be less common with time. Just keep reminding yourself they are not go to me, for me, and they are not a good person. You deserve better.
