Confused , what to do when all you do is fighting

i have a partner with BPD. We have a huge problem as in him not accepting my past. We were together for some years but ended our relation , because of his behaviour. Now started over again but in the time we were not together for a year , had an other short relationship.  Now all i hear is how bad i am. I get all different kind of names. There's not a day without going into an argument. Every day i end up crying and wonder how i got into this mess.  I cant leave because we are together for so long, and i dont want to get divorced again. I want this to work but nothing i do seems right. When i blame him for something it takes secondes for him too turn everything around and call me names. I just want too be happy. We will live together soon as we planned living together, but it feels like im suffocating.

I just want to find a way too... deal with him

Hi frfr,

I'm sorry that you're going through this  I can see how distressing that would feel when we face conflict every day. I've been there and it can get better. You're not alone. I'd like to give you a link to a short video. What are your thoughts? Do you think that it's something that you can do?
