I'm in desperate need of assistance.  he is brutal, aggressive, downgrading, and delusional
he keeps bringing me down, i've lost my self-esteem, and he's in denial that he has a problem,
he's short tempered and a naccissist

Hi Notts,

Welcome

I'd like to welcome you to  bpdfamily. I'm so sorry that you're going through this  When you say brutal and aggressive, is he also physically abusive? It helps to talk to people that can relate with you and offer you guidance and support, this platform is a safe place to share your thoughts and feelings without invalidation and judgement. You're not alone.

I would like to join Mutt in welcoming you to the family. You will find a lot of support from the people here in that we have all experienced similar things. Spending some time reading the threads of others will quickly show you that you are not alone in this.

If you feel comfortable, could you share some more details about your situation and what you've been experiencing? We will be better able to assist you that way.
