Finally got my validation and closure today

Not to go into details due to confidentiality and protecting my identity etc.

Today I found out my x did not smear me, has not mentioned me at all to others he works with,

Is not doing well or looking good these days... this person was ignored when asked how he was doing.

The describe my x the same way I have And the same way my x describes himself... .when he's good he is great, but when he's not he can be bad there is no in between and you never know what you will get with him.

I did not go into much detail and did not had mouth my x at all
It did help I've been friendly with this person over the years and even they were stunned he's still allowed to deliver here and was not removed ... .they said it takes someone at the top to make such decisions .

He genuinely seemed concerned about the entire thing and we made some small talk as we used to do, he said it's too bad my x dragged me into whatever he has going on with himself,

I am slightly worried about my x but can't reach out ... .as that's what got me burned to begin with ... x has all those firearms and seems very u stable.


So there I have it, my own sense of closure and just knowing he wasn't around today helped so much... . next week I have a full week of it.
