I have been posting on the "Improving" board for a couple of months but now realise - this is really the board for me. the advice I have had on the other board has been useful - and I have been able to stop making things worse - using tools, dont jade - validate, etc.

But my reality is I'm tolerating a poor relationship - essentially waiting for my S14 to grow up so that I can think about an exit strategy.

Conflicted? Yes we are conflicted - i would say - would be more so if I were nor prepared to tolerate but there are conflicts day in and day out - it never ends.

Will be back with more details.

Hey MrRight, I'm sorry to hear about the situation in which you find yourself.  Please know that many of us have been in your shoes, so you are not alone.  I started out on the Improving Board, too!  Yikes, the drama is non-stop, isn't it?  I thought that I would reach a "plateau" of relative emotional tranquility in my marriage to a pwBPD, which turned out to be a mirage because I never attained that plateau.  Fill us in more, when you get a chance.
