not sure where to begin

My daughter is 20, she was dx at age 17.  She has struggled since age 13.
she has been stable since last year.  Her DBT therapist went on mat leave 6 weeks ago and since then she has been seeing a therapist at her dr office but just hasn't fit the bill. 
2 days ago, I asked a simple question and she lost it.
moved out and will not speak to me.
I found out she has been having sex with tinder dates almost daily. 

I am devastated, not sure what to do next.
any suggestions
