You're not alone. Until I found this community a few months ago I had no idea what was going on in my life. My wife was just getting angrier and angrier, I was being blamed for pretty much everything. We have a 6 month old son, and this seemed to coincide with the increase in problems. Just coming here has been a refuge for me, reading that others are going through the same experiences, and sharing my own has been a help. To be honest, there have been so many times I have just wanted to walk out and leave it all. I love my wife dearly, but at times it felt as if she just hated me and I was growing to hate her too.

Please do share what you are going through - as much as you feel comfortable sharing - it helps. And thank you for just reaching out

Yeah, I hear you. I just joined this site about a week ago and it as already helped tremendously.  Even without the support from others (which has been awesome) just the simply reading other peoples experiences has helped me so much.  There were so many things that I struggle with, and wonder if I'm crazy... .then I read other people talking about nearly the exact same struggle.

So like others have said, feel free to share what you're going through, but also simply reading what others are going through can help us see things a little more clearly.
