New: we are opposites, he has no idea how to understand me

Hello honestly I'm not very good at this and have no clue how to start or what to say. My boyfriend and I have been with each other in one way or another for almost 8 years we have 3 beautiful kids together and I am so lost on how to fix and make it better. We are exact opposites, I am very emotional and sensitive and he as I'm learning has no idea how to understand me. Any help advice anything is appreciated. Thank you

Can you tell us more about you and your partner? You believe he has BPD or BPD traits?
