I am codependent, and ex partner is a BPD. I still am using to meet his needs

I am a codependent also the drug addict. That has known of my codependency just not how serious it really was. My not even partner my ex-partner. Was recently diagnosed with BPD, depression anxiety Etc. I have put ours in hours into learning about his mental health and how to help him. It is consuming my whole entire life. And he is just cold as can be

In terms of your issues with codependency how does helping him stack up with taking care of issues in your own life? Are you interested in finding a better balance? Why is this consuming your entire life at the moment do you think?

What do you mean about him being cold towards you?
