Please don't fall prey to your BPD sending you holiday wishes. Yes, I know it's tempting to hit that ball back across the net, and you feel "guilty" if ya don't... .
But no good comes from it. NO REPLY sends the correct, appropriate message: you abused me and you're dead to me now.
ANY attention from you literally sanctions how badly they treated you. For them , it's a PROOF you've accepted the abuse they dished out and have forgotten it, which isn't all true for you! More contact with someone who's harmed you, is literally SELF-betrayal.

Unfortunately, I have to co-parent with my exBPDh      

I'd give anything to be able to just walk away and never set eyes or have any type of communication with him again so I strongly encourage those who have that option to take full advantage of it!
