Hi, looking for some help. My wife has just been diagnosed with bpd. Answers a lot of questions. Makes soo much of our conflict over the last 15 years make so much sense. Not really sure I have a question. Someone said this board might be a good place to start.

Welcome, and "congrats" on the diagnosis!  A lot of us here would be glad to see our partners see a professional and receive a diagnosis; this would seem to increase the chance of successful treatment.

What types of BPD behaviors are you seeing from your wife?  Is she seeking to get into therapy?
