Am reading “Stop walking on Eggshells. It was recommended to me by my son in law because of the hurt I’ve been having from dealing with this family member. It’s amazing how the blame, guilts and hurt can be shifted to the relative or friend of the person with BPD. I am constantly fighting with the feelings of” is it me, what am I guilty of, am I a bad person?” This book has been eye opening for me. Now I am on a journey to learn how to handle it so I can maintain a loving relation ship with my granddaughter and son.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders
