From your post, I am gathering that you speak Arabic. Am I correct? I speak a little bit of Arabic. It sounds like in your culture, not getting married is not an option and parents play a big role in choosing the spouses of their children. I have known quite a few men in cultures like this who bowed to the pressure of their family to get married to a woman the parents choose for him, and the man was very unhappy, and usually unable to divorce, especially if there were children involved.
You know deep down inside what feels right for you. We are here to listen and help you figure out what you would like to do.

Welcome to the forum Mosenth,    Welcome new member (click to insert in post)

I’m sorry you’re in such a tricky position, it must be difficult for you. Do either of your parents have a personality disorder ? I ask because if they’re pressurising you into marriage, you need to use different negotiation tactics.

What are your reasons not to be married (if you don’t have any I can think of some) ? I know I was scared stiff of ending up with someone like my BPD mum, but that didn’t happen. I hope you can share more with us as talking it out often helps. You're probably better copying and pasting into an online translation app, don't worry the Americans on here are terrible at English too [runs for  cover] . Trust me that joke is funny in Europe and we only tease those we like, such as BPD family members. Welcome.  Way to go! (click to insert in post)

zachira You speak a little Arabic, I'm impressed. I can barley speak English, but I'm fluent in nonsence.
