Im new here so hello!
I don't really know where to start but I just stumbled across this website after searching for help on how to deal with my sister, Undiagnosed BPD. she is 27 and moved back home during coven. I was dreading this because of how awful living with her in the past has been. It has only gotten worse. I read some posts and I feel as if this will be a safe space for me. It already has made me feel better just knowing that my family is not the only family going through this.

Welcome blueberry.
I hope in time you can share more, feel free to vent, sounds like you need it. Folk on here are very helpful and none judgemental. There are lots of coping mechanisms folk can share with you, just let us know what behaviour you're struggling.
