How to deal with BPD

Hello, I'm with my partner since 5 years, and we got fiancé. Since we moved away from his country, his crisis has increased 1nd becoming very intense, even physically. He is always making me feel bad for anything I do, everything I said. Communication is impossible, because everything I said or do make him split. I don't know what to do. Im starting to lose myself, get stress, fear of everything with him. I know he is not in is best shape right now, because moving away from his family for me, was not an easy decision. But since few months, life with him is a nightmare. I do love him and I know he is nice person, but I m tired and I feel guilty about this feeling because it's not his fault. I'm feeling so confused and lost right now. I doesn't want to see a specialist, I wish I could help him, but I m feeling useless. When I tried to talk about how I feel, he always think everything's bc him..
And I have to repress my own feelings and pretend everytime I'm happy bc im scared that he will split again. If any of u have some tips Or if u r experiencing the same that can help.

Hi and welcome
Going through big life changes like moving to another country can be stressful when living with someone with BPD. Having a routine and no surprises seems to help with their emotions.
How are you taking care of yourself? Do you take time away to relax or spend time with friends?
What boundaries do you have to protect yourself? When there's conflict, how do you handle it?
There's good info in the Tips menu at the top of the page.
