I think my experience is fairly successful since my daughter graduated from college with honors and got her MBA on her own, during a marriage of 12 years!
She is quite independent; she has done well in her career, has a dog she cares for, left an unhealthy marriage, has moved on and out of the seedy college town where they lived, and seems to be doing well!

Hello Oilwater,

You really need to explain what you are needing help with.
