Sorry for posting so much but this was my first realisation out of the fog. My uBPD ex gf did not improve her behaviour and only got worse over time. I know it's probably an obvious thing to say but as I changed (and lost myself), she didn't get better at all. The strangest thing is, I know she won't get help with her disorder and continue to be anti-social and damaging to others. Alcohol has visible signs of ageing her looks... .in 4 years she looks a different person.

Giv'er man, that's what it here for. I have my little venting rants, we all do. As time goes on you will start healing and you will be amazed with the results.
  The only thing that changes in the NPD/BPD is they find newer and better ways to connive,deceive and manipulate. This is my experience. Xw has defiantly gotten worse over the past few years. She has people fooled, that she is a super great person but she is a black hearted gunmoll.
