I'm new to this and have much to learn... .Life with my 22 year old daughter, who is also the mother of a 4 year old, has been fraught with difficulty for the last 10 years or more. I have only recently come to learn about BPD and with it the realization that my daughter is borderline. I hope this a place where I can turn for much needed help and advice.

 Hi!    Welcome Chem024,

Happy and sad that you are you. Happy that you found the right place to gain wisdom, learn some new skills and get supported. Sad that you are joining the ranks of parents with kids who suffer from mental illness. How did you come to find out she is BPD?
I have a daughter who is going to be 36 soon and I'm raising my grandson, both of them live with me. So yes when there are grandkids involved it becomes a whole new ball game.
When you have a chance to look around and feel more comfortable please post more about yourself and how you're coping with everything. Hope to hear from you soon.
