I remember when i was in the relationship with my exBPDgf i had occasion to call her at her office on a few occasions. She wouldn't have know it was me that was calling as her phone didn't have caller recognition.  One thing that i always remember was when she answered the call, she always sounded like she was depressed.  As soon as she realised it was me on the other end her voice would change into a more happy tone.  Did your pwBPD so the same?
