The only success i ever had with dd's sleep issues was when dd did boxing training for a short amout of time... .
It worked until she fell out with someone there, but it did wear her out and becuse she was all sweaty when she came home she would go and have a shower before going to bed. After that went back to dd not getting ready for bed because she said that she didnt see the point if she wasnt going to actually fall asleep until about 5am. Often she would end up walking around the house in the early morning or watching the tv and then falling asleep in her clothes.
Now dd has a baby she is sleeping for longer at night (although gd still waking up to be fed)and napping in the day which seems to help.
I have also noticed that when I have gd overnight dd does seem more perky and in a better mood the next day.
