How do you print out the Survivor's guide?

Yes, Newbie here! I would very much like to print out a copy of the Suviviors Guide that appears at the right of this screen. I tried to copy and paste but it will not allow this function. I tried "Print picture" and only the first 7 steps printed out in tiny font. Clearly there has to be a better way!
Help please?
Thank you!

Thank you United. I'd like to have a copy to refer to. It seems that I'll need to work through all the steps. While i might not be able to conquer them all in sequencial order, want to be certain that I do visit all of them and unpack as much of this emotional baggage as possible.

Sorry, but I can't find the list. All I get when I go to the link is a free book. I just want the list as displayed along the right column.
