Ok after a couple months NC I was copied on a work email this morning from my uBPDexgf. We do not work together. Does anyone think this could of been an accident?

it probably is, its easy on outlook to accidentally copy someone in with the same name. If it wasnt an accident well dont reply anyway, dont get drawn in, thats my advice

I won't reply. I have been down this road many times and this is how it usually starts. I get copied on on email, or I get a text that was supposed to go to someone else, or something like that. And yet somehow it is RIGHT at the point when I am not thinking too much about her and starting to move on. I think she must of implanted a chip in me somewhere and can tell where I am at mentally... .

block her from email and phone if possible, change your number and email alternatively
