I just talked my parents and they are concerned about me moving. They want to be there the day I move  which is what I wanted. The thing although he knows im moving, he doesn't know when. It may be July. I was suppose to move in January and I kept pushing it off, trying to give him the opptunity to get himself together and live on his own. A normal person , you would be able to tell them when your leaving. But I fear telling him. My parents are concerned for my kids and my safety by telling him early. He was never violent but he is very unpredictable. My question is when should I tell him? If your wondering what happen when I told him the first time, he was very mean and saying a lot of things and starting unnecessary arguments. I don't wanto to deal with that for two months ori don't want something bad to happen. He does use the kids aginst me and I don't want my kids being hurting during this process. Please help?

These are only suggestions, since I've never had to deal with this... .

1) Don't advertise the date.

2) Arrange for the kids to be somewhere else when the move out happens.

3) Maybe discuss the situation with the police and see what suggestions they have. They may be able to provide some order the day of the move.

That's about all I can think of... . good luck.
