The ex was a real witch in court. No contact for a year now as per court order. But I still miss her. Problem is I kinda hate her after this crap in court.

I understand how you feel. I was the same. My ex left some odd items although he took loads of my stuff. Anyway months later he texted wanting his things. I told him I threw it away ages ago. Never heard from him again.
Do what you need to do. If you feel better not giving it back then tell her you dumped it. But if she doesn't get it back it does leave her an excuse to contact you again.

Don't worry too much about the money and "stuff", in my opinion. Do what you can. But in my humble opinion doing what you can to get AWAY and cut every cord is the best option. To some degree, it's the price you pay for freedom. The thing that is worth its weight in gold is being FREE from a person like this, but there will always be a cost -from the amount of money it costs to the emotional toll they have taken on you.

Hey Pieper, Holding onto her stuff is a way of holding onto her, in my view. Maybe a mutual friend can drop it off? Or can you mail it? You don't need her "stuff" around, in my view. LuckyJim
