I don't know how to sort of start this one.

I have had a lot recently, a old family friend that has been going through court for 4 years (read it correctly, in and out and back again) with his ex passed away earlier in the week.  She is uBPD and very high functioning.

34 years old and by all accounts totally worked over by her.  Died of a heart attack.

To myself, step back relax and enjoy life, to everyone else.  Please take care, do the same.

To top it off, she has already planned to move interstate so their two daughters will be isolated from his parents etc.  Within 4 days of his passing off she goes.

Great advice Aussie.

I started court dates in 2009 aged 34 (after 9 years with BPD/NPDxh)

Since that time I've suffered greatly and been diagnosed with PTSD, Graves Disease and Stress related Heart issues.

At 38, I'm on a daily asprin, carry angina spray in my handbag, taking magnesium for stress management and am facing a relapse of my Graves Disease. (pending results from blood test yesterday)

When my stress levels increased 6 weeks ago with BPD/NPDxh's acting out, my heart palpitations increased, and my risk for a heart attack went back up.

BPD/NPD relationships are generally with highly empathetic people - we need to take care of ourselves.

Great timely warning, thank you.
