Gifts from your ex?
«

It's been 18 months since I left her, and 5 months since our last contact (which was her mothers funeral). Today i received an envelope containing a gift voucher for a hotel (for 2 people) and a nice letter from her saying she won the voucher in a raffle and wanted to give it to me for my birthday (which was a month ago). I mean seriously, what the heck? Presumably in her mind I'm supposed to whisk her away with me to this place and the whole thing starts again? Talk about manipulation... .
Anything similar happen u guys?

Honestly don't know what to do. I know she has been grief stricken over her mother since April and I feel for her because of that but really what am I meant to do about this... .

Unless you want to take up her offer then my advice, sans joke, is the same as before. Return it!

My ex dropped off roses and a bag of stuff for my kids, a card. I didn't even acknowledge it for fear of it starting again.
He hardly ever bought me anything, so it was his attempt because he knew I loved that color roses.
I think when you find somebody worthy and special, you should take that person.
