Just curious if it's happened to anyone? Something very strange happened today that leads me to believe that my ex is reading my posts.

I thought that the other day and changed my name just to make sure LOL I would guess no they are too self absorbed to even care about your opinions or feelings. You may have repeated things via email or text that you thought you only stated here but it's unlikely.

Iv been wondering the same... .when he was getting better, or
so i thought, i referred him to this site in order to show
him what it like for a non... .stupid i know.
but if he reads i really have no care anymore... .
this is the place i got to get over him.
chances are though that its too much reading for him.
he doesnt crave me enough to read about my thoughts.
good luck to him finding another me.

i was in denial that that is impossible for him.

Even with a garbage username and location, everyone's story is a little bit unique, and they'll sooner or later figure out it's you if they do make their way over here.
At least take pride in the fact that it's on a support group website - if anyone's in the middle of a legal battle, it's proof that you're emotionally damaged and actively seeking help instead of just being an arsehole.

There is no realistic way I'd tell my ex about this place and although I am not worried about other BPD ex's possibly checking this place I prefer to regard this as a De-Borderline Personality Disorderised Zone.

I totally worry about that to! Could it be PTSD? Weird that even here I dont feel completely safe! I've never told him about this site. I did tell him about other site for people with BPD. He was diagnosed in may, but a few months later he went in denial and told me I was BPD... .I questionned myself for a while even! But since I have a lot of long term friendships, long term jobs, no suicidal bs and was in a "normal" rs for 4 years without this bs... .Im quite sure Im not... :
I worry that he now somehow convinced himself and is here too to get over me? Jeez... .Paranoid!

Sweet Jesus I hope not!
Imo it's unlikely. Reading would be too much hard work for her.

I think that's probably safe to say for all our ex's. Imagine the triggers this place would cause if they all read at the same time? Like a huge 4th of July or Bonfire Night fireworks display but in BPD land.
