I don't believe i truely began healing until my daughter's mother moved 8 hours away. After breakingup, she stayed in my town for almost a year and it was absolute hell. I walked around in constant fear that she was plotting the next false domestic violene allegation against me (i was arrested 5 times, thankfully i came out unscathed after two years in court). And the thought of her screwing random guys with my daughter (and her other kids) in the next room in the apartment i was still paying rent for was infuriating.

When she went away i was able to live and think like a normal human being should. Without having be paranoid of what she may do to me. I could not imagine myself being able to function properly day in and day out if she was still around here. It really sucks that i can't see my daughter all that often but i wouldn't have it any other way.
