My Wife is showing symptoms of BPD. Apparently she is stage four coz she hates me now and believes that all the trouble in life is because of me and only leaving me will solove the problem. I love her and my 3 yr old son and I do not want to loose her.

Not sure how to convince her to go to doc since it is completely walled environment and she doesnt trust me at all.

If there is any hope of getting them to seek help, it has to be because they perceive some direct benefit, not to "get well."  They will not likely believe they have an illness.  Check out the book, "I Am Not Sick. I Don't Need Help!" by Xavier Amador.  It refers to other conditions, but it applies to BPD as well.  Good luck.
