Maybee worth getting it blocked on your network too if you can and your ready. Otherwise you might get it back in the future if the wind changes direction in her life.

I was reading through the lessons today and N/C is about blocking EVERYTHING. It is about no texting, emailing, social media, dating sites, driving by their house. It truly removes the craziness to focus on you. It may help you to go back and read through the lessons... .Congrats on taking control to help yourself.

N/C for me 9 weeks... .feeling stronger everyday and starting to look at me more not the BPD.

Hi , NC is the best but be aware tat you might have temptations , but I am sure you will post on here and we will help if you do . Good luck , I am 12 days NC , not detached all the way but trying to swim to the other side .
