Well it has been a while since I have been here, although I do glean it still. For a while this board was my lifeline to sanity an understanding.  I thank all for that.

My DD21 is in a good spot and our relationship is strong as I can access the tools I learned here especially SET FOG RADICAL ACEEPTANCE and BOUNDARIES.

I am now on the relationship board as I am realizing my loved one has enough BPD traits that it is adversely effecting our relationship.  I am struggling with using all those tools but believe our struggles can be overcome as mine with my DD were.

I wish you all peace even just for today.

Thanks for the update, twojaybirds

I also realized, after finding this site because of my adult (37) son's BPD diagnosis in April 2013, that my Husband has BPD traits (due to his undiagnosed BPD Mom). I have found that the same communication tools and techniques that salvaged my relationship with my son also makes things much better with my Husband. Much, much better with my Husband

I'm so glad to hear that your daughter is doing well, and I know that with the information and Lessons on the Staying Board (that is the relationship you are speaking of?), you will find progress with the other relationship as well. I do know it has helped me immeasurably... .
