Call Blocking

Has anyone tried a call blocker that plugs into your phone line and will block any number? I am with Bell and their call screening service won't block cell numbers, I have looked into several blockers on amazon, but only the one from Digitone had nearly all good ratings ($125 US).
I really don't want to change my number, but maybe I will have to?

Yes I have a very good call blocker on my samsung galaxy s5 (the one I confiscated from my exgf). It costs $5 and is called extreme call blocker. It will work on any android phone and is loaded with features (some rather devious features that I would never use but are funny).
The call blocker is only as good as my ability to keep it turned on. In my on/off pathetic r/s (currently off) I have not had the discipline to keep the blocker turned on consistently. It is on now... .all calls to vm and if she texts there is an auto response telling her to call and leave a message.
IMO it is pretty much impossible to block someone 100% and even with a restraining order some people are nutty enough to keep bothering.
I just keep mine set so I can't see texts unless I go looking for them in a log. Her calls go to vm now. And I can't call her without turning off a block control for outgoing calls to the person on my blacklist... .and extra step I would need to go through.
