Me and my exBPD had a long distance relationship. Over 2 weeks of NC. I keep having this sinking feeling she'll make a surprise visit. That would be highly unlikely but still... .

Has this ever happened to anyone here?

the last 6 months my ex made it a habit of kicking me out.  First time I went to upstate NY and after a week of txting she got in her car and drove a total of 6 hours straight to pick me up and bring me back... .second kick out was the same. Third I basically told her to F herself and thats when it ended.  Wasnt exactly just showing up but if some of them want something they will go to great lengths to get it... .how far are you from her?

Far enough to require a plane ride. So it would be a big deal. And there's the issue. She loves "big deals" and has the time/money to do so.

Not necessarily a surprise visit, but while we were together, I encouraged her to move to the city where her employer's headquarters is for career growth. I guess, it wouldn't hurt that if she did that, we'd a be a 3 hour drive apart as opposed to a 2 hour flight. 5 months after she as done with me, she did just that and immediately let me know about it.
