I had a mini meltdown last night

How can you cope with the sexlessness and stay in these marriages and not have an occasional rant?  I need help with this.  How do you cope?

You call your best friend and bawl your eyes out. This is what I do. She then assures me I am lovable, special, amazing, a wonderful mother, a good friend, a wonderful partner and have the patience of a saint. Then she carefully asks me why I stay, and respects every and all answers I give her. Then tells me she loves me and hangs up.
