My Love cheated on me

I need some help/advise... .

The girl who I love cheated on me last week. Her parents went out for a festival and she invited a guy over. She did not talk with me that entire day.

She did not tell me. A mutual friend (who knew that guy) told me and showed me the chats between them (she inviting him over). I don't know how to handle this. Can you please help me?

Her parents went out for a festival (I live far away from her) so she was all alone at home. She did not message me that entire day (though we were supposed to talk that entire day). When I asked her about it on four days later she said my friend came over and after a few days from a mutual friend I found out she slept with her ex.

I asked her about it and she said "It was just oral it was no big deal" I asked her "Why did you do it?" she said "I was so lonely and sad that day"

I know it wasn't just oral not that it really matters but its just... .heartbreaking.

P.S. I'm 19 and she is 18... .

So sorry to hear about your ordeal. It must have been pretty devastating to find out that your girlfriend cheated on you. How are you coping with all of this? There are definitely some red flags here: the first (besides the cheating) is hear not being fully truthful with you and the second is not taking responsibility for her part in it. For her to say that it was "no big deal" seems to show that this situation doesn't bother her as much as it does to you (unless she's suppressing her shame about it). Are you looking to repair this relationship and if so, are you willing to forgive her for what happen. Obviously, the reparations need to happen more on her part than on yours it seems. Another thing is if she was sad and lonely that day, it would have made better sense to talk to you, her boyfriend than to not even speak to you at all. Hang in there!
