I am pleased to have found this site. I hope it isn't any kind of scam site. I ended up here tonight because I am upset with my sister's behaviour this evening. I am feeling pretty disappointed, shocked, hurt, and contemplating being mean back.

Thank you for this forum.

Welcome

This is a very safe place... .definitely not a scam. I have been here on and off for a few years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Glad you found it  Smiling (click to insert in post) Sorry to hear about the situation with your sister... .this is a great place to get it all out and find others that can empathize and support you.

Thank you for the responses to my introductory post.

I don't really want to talk about the details of my usBPD's behaviour that has upset me tonight. I will just say that it felt like a "kick in the gut" and I have been trying very hard to protect myself and not "kick back".

I will just say that my sister sabotages almost all special ocassions like birthdays, thanksgiving, easter, christmas. It is painful in this moment because I should have known better. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me over and over (and over) again, shame on me!

But I am just hurting. I feel shocked and I shouldn't! Gosh, this has triggered a lot of sadness.
