Just wondered if their is written script in the 'Radical Acceptance' info that states you have to accept that you are probably going to lose that person anyway? Is this part and parcel of Radical Acceptance and if so can someone point me in the direction of where I can read about this? Thanks
Radical Acceptance is about accepting things that can't be changed, as being what they are, along with "possible" consequences. It is not about jumping to conclusions about perceived inevitabilities... .So change "you are probably" with "it is possible you are".
