For 2016 I am going to:

continue to work on keeping my boundaries clear in my head so it can become a more natural way of living.

acknowledge my dd for who she is BPD et al and love her even if I cannot love her choices.

pursue a personal interest with greater intent.

find a daily miracle.  today's miracle being the calm presence in my home this morning.

Good for you!  I especially love your finding a daily miracle, maybe I will steal that idea from you to use myself.  Happy New Year!

Love the idea of a daily miracle too  Smiling (click to insert in post)

Sometimes I read these updates about breakthroughs or TLCs (tiny little changes).

I really struggle with setbacks, so my 2016 resolution includes managing my own emotions more evenly when setbacks happen. Or, when it feels like nothing is getting better   and no amount of therapy seems to be helping. I can get into all-or-nothing thinking and start to catastrophize about whether my son will be able to function on his own.
