Tell me why I need to run . How do you know when it's impulsive and imagined or damaging and realistic ? My stomic has knots and my heart hurts so bad because I fell in complete love with an manipulator that avoids personal responsibility . he manipulates and avoids and I run :/

hi Katie91191

Welcome

I'm glad you have made the first step and joined us here at bpdfamily.   Do you think you can tell us why you suspect BPD?   And then let me tell you about the board and the website you've found.     Like another one of our members said earlier:

You have come to the right place for help. The Saving board is designed to help you prevent a break up. It is like preemptively taking the steps to repair your relationship and diverting it from a break up. It is different from the Undecided board, where members are unsure of what path to take. It is completely different from the Detaching board, where the focus is on letting go of the relationship.

I can say that since I joined this support group my relationship has gotten much better.   I did have to put some work into learning new skills and tools to communicate and handle things differently.  my partner and I are in a good place now.

what happens to make you want to run?
