So my wife was going into a rage last night... ."I ruined her life" and how horrible everything about her life is. I didn't validate (thumb down!) but told her that I didn't ruin anything, just she did when she is not willing to seek help and outside support.

This morning she stays in bed and announces she is not taking care of the kids in the morning. Usually it's her job to take them to school. Some days I go to the gym in the morning and she knew last night I am going this morning.

Usually when she is staying in bed I'd just stay home and take the kids to school myself, but I decided I am going out anyways... .I come back, they are all ready to go the school and she is taking them.

Great job! That's a big leap to set boundaries and stick to them.

Josh that must feel like an accomplishment and you probably feel good because you got

a workout in.  It is really hard not to argue and explain why you needed something.  You just did it!  Good for you.
